Happy! Happy! Happy! That is my innate state and my friends would agree I crackle with energy. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories; it's one of the highlights of travel. I've used Air B&B for years and recently began welcoming guests to my own home - a cozy haven where I relax and recharge and now you can too. I retired early from my first career and am thrilled to be embarking on new adventures. My life coaching business is taking off and the response to my listing here has been deeply gratifying. I am in the best place I have ever been in my life. I have had challenges going way back into my childhood, as many others have. As an adult, I have also dealt with grief, loss, low-self esteem, employment disappointments, loss of primary and friendship relationships as well as the challenges that come with parenting. Most if not all of us have had significant things to deal with and will probably continue to have challenges that arise in our life.
We offer coaching services now for individuals, couples and groups for either single or multiple sessions. Coaching is available either in person or virtual.
